AUSTRALIA

We deliver products domestically using Auspost for all metropolitan areas (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Auspost parcels usually arrive within 2-5 business days in the event there are no unforeseeable delays.

Regional areas outside the express post network may receive their parcel within 2-10 business days.

We ask that you keep a close eye on the tracking of your parcel. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Auspost. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Once your order has left the warehouse, Deus Ex Machina is no longer liable for its whereabouts. Please see below for more information.

If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order, please email us at parts@deuscustoms.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office or collection point.

Important Information: Auspost are experiencing significant delays which may impact the delivery time frame. We ask that you take this into account when placing your order with the standard shipping option. 

International

We are able to process international orders, however, we do this on a case by case basis. For an accurate shipping quote please email parts@deuscustoms.com or reach out to us through the chat icon in the bottom right of the screen. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days and depending on the destination country orders can take up to 21 days to arrive. We ask that you keep a close eye on the tracking of your parcel. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Auspost. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Duties and taxes are the respocibility of the purchaser.


ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit and processing during sale and holiday periods.  If you would like a parcel by a certain date please email us in advance and we may be able to prioritise your order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Deus Ex Machina is not liable to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
Auspost online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Deus Ex Machina is not liable for fault of delivery by either courier. Please let us know and we can help you to contact the correct customer care, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances. 
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Deus does not take liability for the loss of ATL orders, and therefore we will not action this request. If you wish to have your parcel left in a safe place, we highly recommend delivery to a workplace or where someone is always available. If you would like to have a parcel marked as ATL, then you will need to reach out to Auspost and quote your tracking number whereupon you will be presented with a liability waiver.
