AUSTRALIAN FREIGHT
Deus offers freight via Star Track Express for domestic orders with the following rates:
- Up to 1kg = $13.95
- 1kg - 3kg = $15.95
- 3kg - 5kg = $24.95
- 5kg above will be arrange individually.
Track your parcels from http://www.startrack.com.au with the tracking number on your Deus shipping notification.
Additional Information
Star Track Express delivers to metropolitan areas within 2-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.
If no-one is present to receive delivery, a card will be left notifying of a pick-up location (usually the local post office). If the package is not collected from the pick-up location within two weeks then it is returned to Deus. If this happens then re-sending the package to you is at your expense which is inclusive of incorrectly supplied addresses. As such, we highly recommend that the parcel be addressed to a residence or workplace where a receiver is always available.
To prevent the scenario where a parcel is sent back to us unclaimed it is absolutely imperative to please keep a very close eye on your tracking number and to contact us on (02) 8594 2800 or deusparts@deuscustoms.com as soon as possible if the transit of your parcel exceeds the quoted times, you notice anything unusual or the tracking number does not work.
